Most of the time we either fall short, relapse, or lose the motivation to exercise when the approach is too difficult for us to do. When something is NOT sustainable, we will eventually give up…
At S.U.N, we create a personalised training program that is tailored to your current fitness level, your goals, lifestyle, and injury history. Our wish is that the program we present to you is a manageable and sustainable one that fits YOUR current lifestyle.
Our programs focus on building a strong foundation via proper form, technique, and activation of the right muscles. We prioritise safety and want to make sure that your time and effort are maximised with efficient and results-driven training sessions. We do ALL the guesswork for you!
NUTRITION
There is NO secret diet, the best diet is one that is balanced and sustainable for YOU!
Our nutrition approach will allow you to learn about healthier eating habits, whilst still incorporating the foods you enjoy. Our approach is non-restrictive as we believe in sustainability and a healthy relationship with all foods. It is NEVER about how ‘fast’ you can achieve your goals, but about ‘how long’ you can SUSTAIN them.
At S.U.N, we create a personalised nutrition program that is tailored to your needs, based on the foods you enjoy, your dietary restrictions, and your current lifestyle. We will closely assist you in finding a nutrition approach that is suitable for you and your goals!
ACCOUNTABILITY
Our coaches are here for YOU every step of the way! Apart from the personalised training and nutrition program, we also provide an additional STRONG support system which is important for consistently progressing towards your goals!
You will have a 7-day easy access to our coaches, we strongly believe in communication and are committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals effectively.
Two days of training with a coach CANNOT outwork five days on your own…Having a Strong Accountability System is the KEY to achieving sustainable results!
We believe in having STRONG communication with all our trainees as we are A TEAM in this journey!
